Before my eyes

A day

A week

A year

All gone from the front

To the rear

So hold hope

In another day

In the finest moments

Lived on this earth

We wish each other

Hope and

Many more glorious

Blessings to come

Today and everyday

I believe in this hope

Even when I feel

I may

Have given it

All away

Benign

And bending

Breaking and collapsing

The hopes of

Those who work

And toil

For a living

While others contemplate

The extortion of

Souls

With one goal

To own all the

Paper in this world

What happens

When too much money

And power

Is given

And not forgiven

For those who have

Trampled others

Along the way

They just take

And don’t give

Fake bastards

Running around like kings

These things

Are the dog’s ass

In a world full of

Sichness

I’m better now

But not great

The reprieve came

Finally

But still late

Later than I expected

Under the finite detection

Of the improvements

That I have made along the

Way

Today

I am better

So I’ll take

The hope that

Gives

Little notes

In a big world

Hoping for a new

Understanding

Of the world

Around us

And around you and me

Out of the fiction books

Comes the hopes of

Some humanity

In a difficult landscape

But can we do enough

In one life

In short time

Can we have a hope

Or is it overshooting

The goal

Of making life

Better

One word

At a

Time

House the city

With every soul

In a home

To be connected

To the world

And be respected

By each other

So stack the worlds

Of the lives

The ones living

Can be housed in the city

In our lifetimes
