Is the fear
That I see
Growing amongst
Those
Whose cares
Are not in consideration
With others
Rather we must emit and develop
Depth for others
And for ourselves

The spiritual side of life
Is the moment
The universe
Doesn’t revolve around
The simple
I
Rather a spiritual side
Must expand the idea
That we are part of a world
A life
Where we give
And we take
So as to make life
Rich for others
As it is
For ourselves
Little Lies
Little lies
Grow on a field
Of green grass
Deep in the roots
Pulling out the nutrients
From the grass will
Make
Ashes
So the little lies are the
Culprit
Of the times
Who is to Blame
Who is to blame
A shame
Of a time
Had
When all that is wrong
Is now right
All good is bad
Everything is backwards
And that’s that way we are had
So who takes the fall
From the media
To politicians
Who live in desperation
Of oxygen
Based on fear and lies
Who is to blame
For these hard times?
Montauk
On the Montauk shores
Are the ones
Living
Lives
On the end of the earth
In a place
Preserved yet new
Bathing in the oceans salts
Clean my soul through
The light and sand
Walking the shores
In a magical land
Bitterness
What brings the bitterness
Is a regret
From long ago
A life
That could not be lived
So that regret grows
And grows
Until the human
Is no longer recognized
And a new life
Is now contrived
In bitterness
Forged
Forged in the heats
Of the fire
Burning in bright
Orange yellow blue
All the way back
To forgiveness for you
In moments of strength
And hope
There is one thing I know
That a forged life is the path
We have to create
For ourselves
A Copper Heart
My copper heart
Was shining in the light
Of the afternoon
Sun
Beaming with
What had just begun
Life in all of it’s glory
Lived through the eyes
Of a young man
Growing up
Inside the lines
Venomous
Is this the venom
That is shot
At the time of
Attack
When hope is low
The words of despair
Are the ones that
Are thrown
Bandit
Running from the norms
That hold us
To the forms
That we have to become
So a bandit
Runs free
From the weight
Of a looming
Society
